Former Minister of Digitization (2015-2018). She runs a number of IT projects, such as Data openness, Nationwide educational network, From paper to digital Poland, Cooperation Line, GIK – Chief Information Officer of the country, as well as initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency of digital administration.

Lawyer, in the years 1995-1997 she worked in the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. In the years 1998-2000, she was an adviser to three successive communication ministers. In the years 2001-2005, she was providing advisory services, and from November 2005 to May 2006 she was undersecretary of state at the Ministry of Transport and Construction, competent in matters of communication.

From January to May 2006, she was a duty and then in May 2006 she was appointed the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (she held this function until February 2012). In 2012-2015 she was providing advisory services, while in the years 2014-2015 she became the president of the management board of Wielkopolskie Sieci Szerokopasmowe S.A. and then in 2015 she took the function of the CEO of the Internet for Mazovia project.

In the years 2014-2015 – a member of the Council for Digitisation at the Minister of Administration and Digitisation.

In 2008, she was awarded the prize of Andrzej Bączkowski for the fight against the monopoly of Telekomunikacja Polska. Two years later she received the “Bene Merito” Honour Badge.
